The human mind is indeed an amazing thing.  If life is meant to be a learning experience then it is succeeding beyond anything I could have imagined.  Compare a boy of 8 to a man of 80.  The level of life experience can only be measured by actually participating in what life has to offer and also what it has to take away.  The boy of 8 has virtually zero life experience or skills.  The younger a person is exposed to the negative influences of life the sooner he or she is primed against that particular life experience.  Think about the range of positive and negative physical and mental experiences a person can have during their lifetime then you will soon realise that life is truly amazing.

The place to be is where you are the most happiest.  You know instinctively that you're supposed to be there.  A kind of inner peace and happiness radiates from you like a beacon from a lighthouse.  If you can see it, so can other people who stop to gaze and bathe in your brightness.  You are the way of the light and the truth.

Just sitting here quietly thinking..trying to work out why used is better than new.  It doesn't always work out like that I know but I'm thinking of a particular item or items in particular.  One of these items is new and the other is not.  They are so much like each other that in a way it really doesn't make a lot of difference.  However, having bought both items at roughly the same time I find that I prefer the older one to the new one. 

Peace is promoted by people who have nothing to lose and everything to gain from life.  Hate is promoted by those who have empty hearts and minds.

I find that it is better to watch the world from a safe distance than to ever hope to fully understand the motives that drive its inhabitants.
